About the role

In this role, you will:
- Manage daily sales activities and process orders.
- Maintain close communication with customers and our production and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Handle enquiries and assist customers in providing effective solutions, ensuring follow-ups are made accordingly.
- Consolidate and provide documents and samples for any order-related information requested by customers.
- Ensure timely invoicing to customers and the proper collection of reusable drums.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Good organization skills
- Good communication skills
- A willingness to pick up basic product technical skills
- Readiness for a fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- ‘O’ levels equivalent and higher (Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome)
