About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Engage in one or more projects to boost QC team productivity or digitalization, tailored to your interests and strengths.
  • Job shadow and on-the-job training with the QC team to understand cable manufacturing and test processes.
  • Prepare technical reports per customer specifications, documenting data from QC inspections and tests.
  • Perform daily tasks including inspections, data entry, report preparation, and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Assist in QC tests.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in quality assurance or systems and/or process optimization is a plus.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and practical, hands-on tasks.
  • Receptive to feedback and keen to learn from experiences.
  • Lead tasks proactively and seek clarification when needed.
  • Comfortable working with data.
