About the role

In this role, you will:
- Job shadow / On-the-job training with the team to understand the cable manufacturing and testing process
- Be involved in QC tests (Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control / Out-going Quality Control)
- Prepare technical reports based on the customer’s required specifications
- Develop and implement performance improvement and Quality Assurance programs
- Be closely involved in one or two projects relating to the QC team’s productivity or digitalisation efforts
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong attentiveness to details as QC data requires accuracy
- Takes the initiative in leading a task and will proactively check in when in doubt
- Basic knowledge in quality assurance or systems and/ or process optimisation is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with data
