In this role, you will:
- Job shadow/on-the-job training, OJT of Production Engineer to understand the cable manufacturing process.
- Understand problems of current methods of manual production data collection to improve the process flow and digitize where possible.
- Collect and analyze shop floor data to set baseline targets for production improvement.
- Research and hypothesize on production parameters we wish to improve.
- Be closely involved in one or two projects relating to the factory’s productivity or digitalization efforts.
Job Requirements and Qualifications

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Open to new challenges and learning opportunities
- Basic understanding of industrial control and automation, power systems and PLC systems
- Comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic programming skills will be a plus: Python, SQL database
